A story of the end times from the prospective of the one world ruler. Alternative history and plagues as well as the Conspiracy are involved in this book. The main character is Stephen Taylor who is a CIA epidemiologist who was reactivated to work with the CDC team going to investigate a plague that was released and is spreading through out Alberta Canada, was it man made and if so who did it? Was a terrorist organization? All the while Stephen's boss the DCI already knows what happened and why. If this information is revealed then the DCI would loose his bid to become the President of the United States and be imprisoned for war crimes. All this has happened while a secret society has sent a watcher to watch over Stephen. They feel he is the prophesied chosen one and they will stop at nothing to make sure Stephen full fills his destiny. He will be the chosen one whether he wants to or not, he will fulfill the prophesy!
